Big ideas, real impact.
Hi, I’m Victoria Vidro.
Creative Leader • Brand Strategist • Storytelling at Scale
I bring structure to complex ideas—turning them into clear, usable content that teams can actually put into action.
From flagship thought leadership like the Workforce Planning Guide to scalable sales tools like The Addison Brief and campaign-driven content for social, my work focuses on clarity, consistency, and real-world impact.

Past Work
Addison Group - Multi-Vertical Brand Strategy
Addison Group operates across seven distinct verticals: Finance and Accounting, IT, Healthcare, Human Resources, Administrative, Digital Marketing, and Engineering. Each has its own audience and tone but lacks a unified brand strategy. The challenge was to scale a flexible brand system that honors each vertical’s uniqueness while reinforcing Addison’s collective strength in the staffing space.
Link Logistics – Rebranding a Portfolio Powerhouse
Link Logistics, a newly formed entity under Blackstone, needed to go to market with a fully realized brand fast. At launch, the company only had a logo. It lacked voice, visual identity, digital presence, and internal brand cohesion. The challenge was to transform Link from a name on paper into a recognizable, competitive player in the industrial real estate market.
GLP – Localizing a Global Brand for the U.S. Market
GLP is a global logistics leader, but in the U.S. market, it was nearly invisible. While globally recognized, its brand had little awareness or resonance with American clients. The challenge was to reposition GLP with a voice and message tailored to U.S. audiences, while staying true to the parent brand.
